Что можно придумать для стимулирования продавцов в магазине, чтобы увеличить продажи сока? Помогите пожалуйста!!! Пока на ум приходит всякая банальщина. <img src="/bitrix/images/forum/smile/wacko.gif" border="0" alt="wacko" />

Что вы подразумеваете под банальщиной?
<br />Вариантов много:
<br />1. Допустим каждый проданный 10 пакет достаетя продавцу
<br />2. Предложить программу бонусных баллов (за 1 упаковку - 1 балл), за продажу за месяц, к примеру, от 20-30 баллов - 1приз (или денежный эквивалент), от 30-50 - приз по круче и т.д.
<br />3. Проведение лотырей (выдавать номерные купоны) за 1 коробку - один купон. Чем больше купонов - шансы выиграть супер-приз увеличиваются. Гарантированные призы тоже было бы не плохо сделать владельцу, например, не менее 3 купонов и т.п.
<br />4. Проведение программы "Мастер продаж" на лучшего продавца...По итогом продаж отбираются лучшие продавцы и им дарятся сертификаты на поход в косметический салон или посещение ресторана на двоих.
<br />
<br />Вариантов множество, главно определится с целью и бюджетом. Народ наш очень азартен, и любит не только "хлеб", но и "зрелище". Удачи!

а магазин самый обычный, т.е. за полку соков отвечает много людей или продавцы консультанты стоят? в первом варианте, я бы сделал план на магазин, и выделил бы им премию для корпоротива например,или сами разберутся куда деть ее или каждому продавцу по коробке сока (смотря какие бюджеты у вас) а если консультант стоит, то вообще просто, за каждые какие продажи есть уже в магазе, накиньте 10% и сделайте это планом, за который человек получит премию, ну и за каждую пачку сока свыше премии например 10 руб. дополнительно.

Если разговор о супермаркете, где за каждую категорию отвечает отдельный продавец, следует помнить:
- как правило планограммы размещения товаров едины для все магазинов сети, и продавец не сможет рассширить вашу представленность либо изменить размещение самостоятельно.
<br />- размещение POS так же не решается продавцом на месте.
<br />- продавец не находится все время возле стеллажа с товаром, следовательно не может постоянно предлагать ваш товар, как самый привлекательный.
<br />
<br />Исходя из этого можно предложить следующие варианты:
<br />1. Установить план и платить за его перевыполнение. Но следует разобраться, может кто из конкурентов поступил так же, но его премия выше. Тогда нужно либо подымать еще выше планку премии, либо искать варианты. Как будет выполняться план - не ваша забота.
<br />2. Попробовать договориться с продавцом, что бы между стеллажами с соком все время стояла полная тележка именно вашего товара. Как бы привезенная для подсортировки. Покупатель будет чаще натыкаться на ваш товар.

<br />Думаю, возможен вариант мотивации следующий - конкурс, допусти Самый лучший продавец месяца, с хорошим призом.

<br />Но для начала конкурс необходимо тщательно разработать, сделать все pOSM материалы. Расскажите о конкурсе, проведите презентацию, заразите энергией. Здесь все должно быть четко проработано. Объявите план и условия (в зависимости от целей). Объявите главный приз, и запускайте. К выбору приза подойти с точки зрения профессионального маркетолога - кто Ваша целевая аудитория (в смысле продавцы). Никогда не запускайте отдельную мотивацию, только чтобы она была. С ВАШЕЙ СТОРОНЫ ДАННОЕ КОММЕРЧЕСКОЕ ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЕ ДОЛЖНО БЫТЬ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНО ПОДГОТОВЛЕНО. 80% провалов всех акций приходится на плохую подготовку и отсутствие информации вообще об акции. Надо учесть все факторы. Будут вопросы, задавайте. Написала в общем.
