Здравствуйте!
Летом планируем начать строить автомойку. Сейчас пока
оформляем все документы. Автомойка будет расположена на нашей же автостоянке.
Правда, основные клиенты автостоянки - владельцы грузового транспорта. Автомойка же будет для легковых (тк по площади не подходит для грузовых). Вот сейчас и думаем,
как можно будет привлечь клиентов? Понятное дело, что сервис превыше всего,
приемлемые цены, но надо же как-то "затащить" клиента на автомойку,
чтобы он этот самый сервис проверил...

Елена, привлечь клиентов можно просто. Помните промо ролики Плейбой, когда сочные девушки в коротких виниловых красных юбках и с длинными ногами поливали друг друга и себя из шланга? Иногда добавляли пены и терли губками по машине? Так вот, если решите попробовать, сообщите адрес, обязательно приеду помыться!

Все законно, что не запрещено. Всем понравиться. Ну помоете Вы несколько машин бесплатно товарищам в серой форме на белых машинах. Зато очередь 24 часа в сутки на мойку обеспечена и PR веселый.

Вряд ли, конечно, такие девушки будут машины мыть... Но, думаю, если и просто плясать будут, тоже неплохо))

Мне пренадлежит мойка, расчитанная всего на 2 авто в час. Ценник выше среднегородского в 2-2,5 раза.
Привлекал клиентов определенной ЦА:
1) первично - промоперсонал лично в руки каждому водителю авто дороже 600 тыс давал качественный инфо материал (сделанный на пластике) с акцентом на качество, которое обеспечивается хорошей дорогой химией. Плюс сервис в виде бара и мест ожидания.
2) Ряду клиентов крупных, где в семье авто не одно - бесплатная мойка первая тестовая.
3) Спец программы мойки и широкий перечень работ - от сервисной мойки - до палировки и химчистки.
4) дальше приходится отказывать клиентам, потому что запись на неделю вперед.
По прибыльности бизнес не интересный.

Нет никакого мертвого сезона, заполненность всегда - исключения только дожди...
Персонал устроен официально, поскольку я предпочитаю не уход от налогов и оптимизацию.
Автомойка себя окупает конечно,но все ведь опирается на показатели рентабельности активов...через активы все и можно сказать.
