Вы сами ответили на свой вопрос. Получается, что возможно и это - ужасно! Сомневаюсь, что у данного собственника есть квалифицированный HR-персонал для проведения такого собеседования, как в случае с Михаилом.
К сожалению, сам Михаил, канул в Лету и на многие вопросы мы не узнаем ответов, в том числе о тематике собеседования.
В любом случае, для решения поставленной задачи нужен ввод корректных данных. Предполагаю, что сотрудник службы персонала всё-таки ожидал уточняющих вопросов...
