Бартерный продакт плейсмент, Все те вопросы, ответы на которые я должен знать
 
Привет.
Пожалуйста, помогите мне объять эту тему.

Продакт плейсмент по бартеру. На ТВ. Моя задача - отыскать производителей или продавцов товаров, которые (товары) нужны для съемки шоу. В эфире они будут так или иначе засвечены. Но тем, кто отдаст мне эти товары, придется с ними расстаться (это не аренда реквизита). Я, как производитель шоу, мог бы и купить все, что мне нужно. Но не хочу тратить деньги. Зато могу предложить (худо-бедно) эфирную засветку логотипов и т.д.

Помогите очертить весь тот круг вопросов, ответы на которые мне лучше знать, прежде чем приступать к поиску тех, кто отдаст мне свое добро. И скажите, где я найду эти ответы :)

Вопросы, собственно, по поиску клиентов (база данных производителей и продавцов товаров, база данных брендов и т.д. и где их взять).

Вопросы обучающего характера (особенности ПП в целом и бартерного ПП, в частности; подводные камни, существующая практика и т.д. и где все это взять)

Вопросы для привлечения интереса будущих клиентов (прогнозные рейтинги шоу, стоимость прямой рекламы в этих шоу, формирование ПП-стоимости в этих шоу, рекламная и ПП-деятельность будущих клиентов и т.д. и где все это взять)

Что упустил?

Я понимаю, что это лишь верхушка айсберга. Помогите мне нырнуть глубже.

Если в целом все просто! Вам же не 1 000 000 товаров нужен для съемок.

Составляете список необходимых товаров (продуктов), возможно их харакетристики.
Отыскиваете производителя товаров по рекламе, возможно несколько аналогов.
И предлагаете им свою рекламу по бартерной схеме: они Вам 10 джинс, а Вы им рекламу на передаче.
Отказался производитель или представительство, позвонили аналогам-заменителям.

Непосредственно продавцам товаров, звонить бесполезно, если они конечно же не имеют эксклюзивных прав по реализации.

Если согласились, то оформляете договора и вперед.
 
В первую очередь перед тем как просить реквизит для съемок, нужно знать что Клиент получит взамен, обрисовать коммуникационную эффективность размещения продукта: аудитория которая будет привлечена к просмотру, ее охват, планируемый рейтинг программы (если это только ТВ), еще я бы перевел в деньги стоимость необходимого от клиента реквизита и показал на сколько эффективней в данном размещении выходят размещение продукта по бартеру по отношению к коммерческому плейсменту (СРТ бартер ‹ СРТ коммерция).
