можно запустить к конкурентам своих студентов, что будут проходить практику и они могут вытянуть все нужные данные из конкурента :)

Если есть время, то можно и своими силами попытаться, все зависит от сферы деятельности организации. Мы допустим, продаем светопрозрачные конструкции, так вот есть 3 человека которые ежедневно по телефонному справочнику ведут опрос, процентов 90 респондентов охотно отвечают и дают оценку деятельности основных конкурентов, за 3 месяца, стала появляться картинка, по истечению полу года появилось предстваление о сервисе конкурентов, работа продолжается и по сей день... В общем, сейчас появляются первые плоды этого мероприятия!
